LWPTSA Council is thrilled to see one of our own recognized at the state level! Bell Elementary PTSA was featured in January in the WSPTA Spotlight for their outstanding work Creating Displays to educate and celebrate the different cultures at their school. It is wonderful to see their team’s dedication honored in this way.
From WSPTA: WSPTA is happy to announce that A.G. Bell Elementary PTA has been awarded a January WSPTA Spotlight Award for bringing people together and celebrating diversity.
They were nominated for their displays about holidays that members of the school celebrate. This helps teach students and their families about the world around them and see how others experience the world. What a cool way to teach others about holidays and cultures they might know nothing about.
Thank you for all the great work you do at A.G. Bell to make it such an amazing PTA and school!
