Lake Washington PTAs and PTSAs do incredible work every single day to support our students, staff, and communities. Each year, Washington State PTA (WSPTA) recognizes that dedication through its awards program.
We are incredibly proud of our local leaders and the outstanding programs they run. Below is a look back at some of the recent state-level honors awarded to our council and local PTAs. We will continue to update this page as we dig into our archives and as new winners are announced!
2024-2025 WSPTA Award Recipients
Washington State PTA announced the recipients of this year’s Awards of Excellence at the 2025 WSPTA Convention in Lynnwood, Wash., on May 3. The purpose of Washington State PTA’s Awards of Excellence program is to celebrate the work local PTAs and councils do to make a difference for their communities.
LWPTSA Council extends our congratulations and thanks to the local PTA leaders who submitted applications on their PTAs’ behalf for this year’s WSPTA Awards of Excellence! The dedication, tireless work, heartfelt effort and strong advocacy behind these award submissions help inspire and sustain PTAs across our council area, as we work toward our common goal of serving as a voice for every child in our school communities.
